Peak District

The Peak District is a national park in Derbyshire. The peaks are split into two parts; the dark and white peaks. The Dark represent gritstone and moorland, with the white being of limestone and valleys.

Hope Valley within Dark Peaks

Hope is a great camping spot and so centrally located in the dark peaks. Mam Tor and Castleton a stones throw away. A favourite walk for us is from Hope up Mam tor and down along Castleton. With an option to extend down to Edale.
